'Avengers: Infinity War' box office collection Day 4: Crosses Rs 100 crore mark in India
It looks like directors Joe and Anthony Russo's
multi-starrer superhero film ' Avengers: InfinityWar' is made to break records at the box-office. The film has
crossed the Rs 100 crore mark in just four days on the domestic level and looks forward to break other records long held by other films. The film, which brings
together the largest gathering of superheroes to battle it out against Thanos, also had
the biggest day one opening ever for a Hollywood movie
in the country.
According to a recent report on BoxofficeIndia.com,
the super-hero film which had a great opening of Rs 31.33 crore, and followed by Rs
30.25 crore and Rs 32.75 crore on weekend simultaneously, has further raked in
another Rs 20.50 crore, which totals in Rs 114.83
crore.
The huge amount of collections have taken
the film over the Rs 100 crore mark which is an extraordinary achievement . With the record-breaking start,
the film is now reportedly on the way to becoming one of the biggest weekend
grossers of the year.
The plot of the film revolves around the
intergalactic battle between Thanos and the Avengers, which even includes the
demi-God Thor, Guardians of the
Galaxy and other superheroes.
The
film has seen a worldwide release which has helped the makers boost the
collections and they have even got the movie dubbed in Hindi and Telugu, which
has helped them achieve a larger target of audience.
